Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All products sold on the Neostyn SoftTech website are digital eBooks. There is no physical shipment involved. All orders are fulfilled electronically via email delivery.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful placement of your order, your eBook(s) will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. The delivery email will contain download links for your purchased eBook(s) in the format(s) specified on the product page (PDF, EPUB, or MOBI).

3. Delivery Timeframe

eBooks are typically delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. In most cases, delivery happens much sooner. If you have not received your eBook within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk email folder before contacting us.

4. Shipping Cost

Since all our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges. Every order ships free.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues receiving your eBook, it may be due to an incorrect email address entered during checkout, the delivery email being filtered into your spam or junk folder, or a full inbox preventing delivery. In any of these cases, please contact us with your order ID, and we will re-send your purchase to a working email address.

6. International Orders

Since our products are digital, they are available for purchase and delivery worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on delivery. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
