Return Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your eBook purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: the refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date; you must provide the order ID and the email address used during purchase; and the request must be submitted through the contact details provided below.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refund requests will not be honoured in the following cases: requests made after the 7-day return period has expired; inability to access the eBook due to issues on your end (incompatible devices, incorrect email, full inbox); or if the eBook has been shared, distributed, or resold in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us with the following information: your full name, the email address used for the order, your order ID (found in your confirmation email), and a brief reason for the refund request. Send your request to our office address listed below. We aim to acknowledge all return requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where a bundle or multiple eBooks were purchased together, partial refunds for individual titles within the order may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
